As a Deputy Manager / Senior Executive at Premier Energies, you will have exciting opportunities in the IT department at Fabcity and Maheswaram. You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Manufacturing sector, preferably in large organizations for the position of Senior Executive/Executive. For the Deputy Manager role, a minimum of 8+ years of experience in the Manufacturing sector is required. Your qualifications should include UG/Diploma in Computer Science, engineering, or a relevant field. Having certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or networking (CCNA/CCNP) will be advantageous. Key Skills required for this role include: - Proven knowledge in PC hardware assembling, installation & setup - Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, IIS, FTP) - Good understanding of networking concepts, routing, switching - Cisco protocols, and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls) - Troubleshooting and resolving server-related issues, system failures, network connectivity problems, and software conflicts - Collaboration with IT team members, providing guidance and support as necessary to foster an efficient work environment - Implementation and management of security measures, user authentication, group policies, firewalls, and antivirus software - Management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory - Configuration and maintenance of server hardware and software components, network interfaces, storage devices, and backup solutions - Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in Windows server technologies to recommend and implement best practices and improvements - Experience with Zebra/TESC printers - Strong expertise in virtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware for managing virtualized server environments - In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services - Experience in Palo Alto Networks, Cisco technology, and Fortinet Firewall Join Premier Energies and be a part of our commitment to quality, sustainability, and clean energy solutions.,
