The ideal candidate will bring robust expertise in storage technologies, storage fabric, and networking. Required Qualifications Strong experience in storage technologies, including storage fabric and networking. Hands-on experience with Cisco san switch configuration and brocade to cisco san switch migration Familiarity with Dell, EMC, and fiber channel storage systems is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage end-to-end system migrations and conversions in complex environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities Installs new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software-related problems. Performs system backups and recovery, ensuring that critical systems can be restored efficiently. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to safeguard data integrity. Troubleshoots system issues and resolves or escalates them as necessary. Technologies supported include operating systems, servers, networks, system security, hardware, and other software applications. Creates and updates system documentation, including configurations and backup procedures
