Work closely with other teams such as security, systems, and application support to ensure seamless network operations. Collaborate with vendors and third-party support teams when necessary to troubleshoot and resolve issues. 5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of network issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference. Provide detailed reports on network performance, incidents, and resolutions to management. Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common network issues and tasks. 6. Network Security: Monitor and enforce network security protocols to prevent unauthorized access and ensure data integrity. Assist with configuring and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures to safeguard the network. Help investigate network security incidents and collaborate with the security team to mitigate risks. 7. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Assist in ensuring network redundancy and backup configurations are in place. Participate in the creation and testing of network disaster recovery plans and ensure the network infrastructure is resilient to outages.
