Job Description Pre-sales engineers provide technical support to sales teams, helping to answer technical questions, resolve issues, and facilitate the sales process. Work with Sales team to develop strategies to win new clients. Pre-sales engineers provide technical expertise and consultation to customers to identify their needs and determine the best solution to meet those needs and pain points. Pre-sales engineers demonstrate the capabilities of a product or service to customers, often in a cloud based sandbox or live presentation or webinar format. Pre-sales engineers work with customers and internal team to design and customize solutions that meet their specific requirements and business goals. Pre-sales engineers develop and execute proof-of-concept (POC) projects to demonstrate the viability of a solution or to validate its fit for purpose. The pre-sales engineer responds to technical inquiries from clients, providing them with detailed information about the product and how it can solve their problems. Pre-sales engineers develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and product specifications. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage Technical Skills Strong technical background and be able to understand complex IT solutions.
