They should be knowledgeable in areas such as cloud computing, WAN networking, cybersecurity, and software development. Communication Skills Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They should also be able to listen to customer needs and provide solutions accordingly. Sales skills ability to work closely with sales teams to demonstrate the technical capabilities of a product or solution. Therefore, they should have strong sales skills and be able to articulate the value proposition of a solution to potential customers. Certifications AWS Certified Practiconer / Solutions Architect or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), can be beneficial for pre-sales engineers to demonstrate their technical expertise. Experience T otal 3 to 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in Pre-sales roles such as IT consulting, System integration or cloud / DC services. Or technical support.
