Excellent troubleshooting skills at application, network and host operating system levels Good understanding of system/application security Experienced with package management tools (rpm, dpkg, apt-get) Experienced with troubleshooting web-based applications (nginx, haproxy, ruby) Preferred Qualification: Basic Hadoop knowledge preferred. Prior experience in supporting a SaaS platform hosted in a public cloud. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes. Knowledge of virtualization (KVM/VMware) and cloud environments like AWS/Oracle Cloud is a Plus.
