The Client Engagement Manager at our Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) plays a crucial role in managing B2B relationships, liaising with corporate clients, and facilitating the client onboarding process. As the primary point of contact for B2B clients, you will build and maintain strong relationships with company promoters, legal teams, and CXOs of distressed or interested entities. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their insolvency or restructuring needs, collecting and reviewing relevant company data, and proposing suitable IBC-led solutions through meetings and presentations. You will collaborate closely with our legal and financial teams to structure proposals in compliance with regulatory norms. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales or corporate services, and knowledge of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Liquidation processes. Additionally, you should be adept at conducting corporate-level discussions, negotiation, and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in client interactions. The role may require travel for client meetings and industry events. The successful candidate will hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any field, with a preference for Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines. Review of legal matters/legal actions of all cases with advocate and legal team from time to time. Preparation and submissions of MIS information/status reports/ATR to Audit Committee/ Recovery Committee/ Board of Directors from time to time. Submission of proposals for OTS/ Sale of assets to the Board/Recovery Committee, Communication of approval to parties and monitoring/follow up for recovery. Post Recovery work including execution of legal documents/sale certificate/ release of securities and issuance of no dues certificates.

This is a non-litigation, process-driven role offering hands-on experience in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation . The selected candidate will work closely with the Insolvency Professional in managing distressed assets, compliance, and regulatory filings. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Insolvency Professional in managing CIRP and Liquidation cases. Verify and assess claims submitted by creditors. Take control and custody of assets, ensuring due process compliance. Coordinate with valuers for asset valuation. Organize and manage Committee of Creditors (CoC) and Stakeholders Consultation Committee (SCC) meetings , including preparing notices and minutes. Draft Information Memorandum and Auction Documents for distressed asset sales. Evaluate Resolution Plans submitted under CIRP. Facilitate auctions of assets in liquidation, ensuring compliance with regulations. Liaise with advocates and legal counsels for case filings and defense strategies. Ensure timely submission of compliance reports with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) . Travel for outstation assignments as required to assist the RP/Liquidator.
