As a Sustainability Business Strategist at Accenture, you will be a part of the Strategy Consulting team focusing on Sustainability & Responsible Business for strategic clients worldwide. You will work in areas such as circularity, sustainable IT, clean energy, EHS, and responsible supply chain. This role requires 3-5 years of relevant work experience and is based in Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for helping organizations integrate sustainability into their businesses to drive value through responsible transformations. You will have the opportunity to work with global clients, including organizations like the World Economic Forum and the United Nations Global Compact. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with clients to embed sustainability into their strategies and operations - Developing sustainable business models and roadmaps based on analytics insights - Partnering with organizations like UN, WEF, and FICCI to shape sustainable business agendas - Driving conversations around low-carbon energy transition and carbon neutrality - Crafting go-to-market plans for companies looking to adopt responsible business strategies - Assisting clients in assessing the environmental footprint of their technology and suggesting reduction strategies To be successful in this role, you must have an MBA from a tier 1 institute and experience in consulting. You should possess a strategic and consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, familiarity with tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential. Accenture is looking for candidates with experience in Sustainability Strategy, Sustainable Technology, EHS SAP, Energy and Carbon, or Responsible Value Chain. Knowledge of key sustainability topics, business strategy, IT, cloud migration, energy landscapes, circular economy, and regulatory landscapes will be advantageous.
