Roles and Responsibilities Accounting Software Sales. Generating leads through various means such as cold calling, tele-calling, referrals, and online research, including Google searches. Visiting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), corporate clients, and other potential customers to identify and generate leads. Conducting product or service demonstrations and presentations. Preparing and providing quotations to potential clients. Managing and conducting follow-ups and negotiations with clients. Maintaining and nurturing customer relationships. These responsibilities are integral to the role and contribute to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts. Desired Candidate Profile: Educational qualifications: Any Graduate (BCOM Graduate will be preferred) MBA in Marketing or Finance will be preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales and marketing within any product or industry. Experience in the software industry is a valuable advantage. Key Responsibilities: Manage, monitor, and maintain MySQL databases in a high-availability environment. Design and implement MySQL replication (master-slave, master-master, GTID-based replication). Perform database backups, restores, and disaster recovery planning. Optimize database performance and query efficiency. Troubleshoot database-related issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to support application deployment and scalability. Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance. Maintain documentation for database systems and procedures. Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience as a MySQL DBA in a production environment. Proficiency with MySQL (including configuration, tuning, replication, and upgrades). Experience with Percona Server for MySQL. Strong knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux server administration. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Percona Monitoring and Management, Nagios, Zabbix). Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks. Solid understanding of database security and user management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Knowledge of other database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) is a plus.
