Support in facilitation of training and site engagement Develop (ideate) various types of learning games and activities along with content, including but not limited to : Board games, card games, electrical circuit-based games. digital games (mobile, web, or simulation-based), group activities. Facilitate interactive EHS training sessions using games and activities on Client's site Continuously test and improve games/ activities based on participants' feedback. Lead on-site safety campaigns/ events for various client sites. Skills and Mindset: Creativity (even slight, would be okay!)
