Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working in US PST hours. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Scheduling: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones. Time Management: Prioritize tasks, optimize meeting schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups. Travel Coordination: Plan and book travel, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international trips. Communication Support: Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO with a high level of professionalism and accuracy. Meeting Preparation: Organize agendas, prepare briefing documents, and track action items for meetings. Reimbursement Management: Handle expense reports and manage reimbursements for the CEO in a timely and accurate manner. Social Media Management: Assist in managing and coordinating the company’s social media presence, including posting updates, tracking engagement, and supporting content planning. Operational Support: Handle confidential information with discretion and perform other administrative tasks as required. Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory). 2–3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Native-level English fluency (spoken and written). Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with senior executives and global teams. Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
