Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Data Discovery Manager with 8+ years in data security and architecture to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data discovery and classification initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with Thales CipherTrust and BigID , and a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving data protection programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of data discovery, classification, and protection frameworks. Oversee the deployment and optimization of Thales CipherTrust and BigID solutions. Define and enforce data governance and security policies in alignment with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Collaborate with CISO, data governance, and IT stakeholders to align data security strategy with business objectives. Manage a team of engineers and analysts, providing mentorship and strategic direction. Conduct risk assessments and remediation planning for sensitive data exposure. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in data security, privacy, or enterprise architecture. Strong hands-on experience with Thales CipherTrust , BigID , and related data discovery tools. Proven leadership experience managing security programs and technical teams. Deep understanding of data privacy regulations and cloud data security practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
