Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and operating various plastic processing machinery, including:

Injection Moulding Machines
Extrusion Lines (for pipes, films, sheets, profiles)
Blow Moulding Machines
Rotational Moulding Machines

Monitor production parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
Support in troubleshooting minor machine and process issues (e.g., short shots, flashing, warpage).
Assist in mold changing and material handling.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
Supervise and guide production line workers.
Implement and enforce safety protocols on the production floor.
Document production data, including daily output, downtime, and material consumption.
Collaborate with Quality Control and Maintenance departments.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Plastics Technology (DPT), Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology (DPMT), or equivalent from CIPET.
