As an HR Advisor at Soluis, you will play a crucial role in supporting our diverse, multi-regional workforce. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing HR operations, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic growth objectives. You will be instrumental in managing all aspects of HR, such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local employment regulations across various regions, including the UK, Europe, UAE, and SE Asia. The ideal candidate for this role should be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. You should possess a solid understanding of UK HR practices and employment law, with preference given to candidates who are either CIPD qualified or working towards certification. Experience in managing HR functions within a fast-paced tech environment, architectural visualization industry, or small to medium-sized enterprises would be advantageous.
