Role & responsibilities

• Video Production
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Operate cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and stabilizers to ensure professional output.
• Pre-production
• Collaborate with teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Scout locations and prepare necessary equipment.
• Post-production
• Edit raw footage into polished final products using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Add graphics, sound effects, background music, voiceovers, and color correction as needed.
• Project Management
• Ensure timely delivery of video projects within budget.
• Maintain organized media files and project archives.
• Quality Control & Innovation
• Keep up with industry trends, video styles, and new equipment or software.
• Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and technical standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a videographer, cinematographer, or video editor.
• Proficiency in professional video equipment and editing tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and audio recording.
• Creative storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, often under tight deadlines.
• A portfolio or reel demonstrating previous work (preferred).
