Role Brief DM (Design): The role involves managing and coordinating the design and development of interiors and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) works for company's projects. The person ensures that drawings and BOQs are prepared correctly and on time, working closely with consultants, vendors, and teams. They also check the quality of design documents (GFCs), guide the design team, and make sure the designs meet company guidelines. Additionally, they coordinate with operations, F&B, BD, and site teams to ensure the designs support smooth execution and cinema operations. In short: This role is about leading the design process, aligning all stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of interior and MEP design documents for cinema projects.
