Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Africa for a Tourism Executive. The Tourism Executive will be responsible for planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services. They will also be responsible for cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. Further tasks include dealing with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds and attending travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends. Qualifications Excellent planning and selling skills Proficiency in client cooperation and advisory skills Problem-solving abilities for handling travel issues and complaints Strong communication and customer service skills Familiarity with travel software and booking systems Knowledge of international travel regulations and procedures Experience and understanding of the tourism industry Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
