As a Lead SAP Configuration Analyst at Empower, you will play a crucial role in the SAP Finance team. Your expertise in SAP FI/CO and proficiency in system implementation and production support will be instrumental in designing, documenting, implementing, and supporting various complex SAP applications. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing system and business requirements, preparing detailed specifications, mapping business processes to SAP application modules, configuring and customizing SAP application modules, and testing them through various phases such as Unit, Functional, Integration, UAT, and Performance testing. You will troubleshoot problems, recommend modifications, and complete project tasks within defined milestones. In this role, you will lead and direct projects of large scale and high complexity, train and mentor less experienced staff, and act as a resource for colleagues. Your ability to resolve Production Support issues and participate in on-call support rotation will be essential. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Business, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as you will be interacting with business stakeholders and leadership to address SAP Solutions and high impact issues. You should have at least 7 years of experience as an SAP FI-CO analyst, including hands-on configurations, new enhancements, and break-fix support for FI-CO modules. Experience with Sets and Hierarchies development is a must, and familiarity with Special purpose ledger (SPL), Report Painter, Report writer, CIG integration between Ariba and ECC, and Concur is a plus. Prior exposure to ALE, RFC, API webservice integration, and Service Now is advantageous. You should be comfortable with Project Management activities and have a good understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Additionally, hands-on experience in S4 conversion projects and familiarity with end-user tools like SAP ChaRM, SAP BI, JIRA, HP ALM, and Service Now will be beneficial. Your robust functional knowledge of system integration with third-party applications/add-on applications will be an asset in this role. Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to On-Premises and Cloud instances of SAP Products. Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows. Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI (SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver. Knowledge on developing value mapping and Groovy and using it in iFlow. Experience in handling different data conversions like JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc. We believe you bring (Education & Experience) A minimum 7years of working experience of which 5years configuration relevant application with good integration knowledge to other associated applications. Master of Bachelor level of education. Experience in implementing CIG, Buying and Invoicing process, Spend analytics and Sourcing, Network. Should have experience as an integration consultant especially in SAP Ariba and SAP projects. Should have experience in various integration touch points in an Ariba deployment – Purchase order, Goods/Service receipt, invoice and master data. These could have been built using Business Add-On or CIG. Should be worked in troubleshooting data issues within the Ariba solution. You have over 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba Upstream Module, including implementation and support. You possess a strong understanding and practical experience in Ariba Sourcing Projects, RFX, Auctions, Contract Management, and SLP. Additionally, you have integration knowledge with various backend ERP systems for Master data objects replication. Knowledge of CIG integration would be an added advantage for this role. Your communication skills are excellent, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and executive leaders. You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating self-motivation in your work. Your experience includes hands-on work in building interfaces with SAP and Legacy Systems, with familiarity in IDOC, XML, and other related technologies. Furthermore, you have practical experience in documenting User Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Training documents. Your familiarity with tools such as Remedy, HP Application Life Cycle Management, and SAP Solution Manager is an asset. You also have knowledge of Ariba Integration (Cloud Integration Gateway) with multiple backend ERP systems, along with experience in Config/Organization and master data replication from ERP systems to Ariba. In addition to the above, you have 5-8 years of experience and have completed at least one implementation in Ariba Downstream. You possess functional experience in both upstream and downstream integration, with a good understanding of procurement processes, Commerce Automation, and the Ariba Network. Your expertise includes working on Catalog, Guided buying (optional), and Invoicing processes, as well as being well-versed in Approval Workflows. Your language proficiency in English is fluent, enabling effective communication at various business levels. You are proactive in system monitoring for issue resolution, resolving production support tickets, and rolling out downstream processes for new regions.
