*Role & responsibilities - 1 Experience in Tooling , gauging ,SPM. 2 Having Knowledge of DESIGN & DRAWING.( Auto cad. Etc) 3 Product Design verification & Suggestion. 4 Preparation , review & control of internal technical documents, knowledge of change management, document control. 5 Knowledge of national & international standards. 6 Working, validation & verification of design calculation ,knowledge of GD&T ,analysing feasibility study for new conceptual designs. 7 Strong skills in making documents such as PFD,PFMEA,CP , PPAP ,APQP, ,MSA,PSW ,8D& Submission to customers as per requirements. 8 Final inspection & testing of finished products & sample submission to customer as per schedule. 9 Managing overall development related operations & ensuring timely accomplishment of efficiency & Productivity targets. 10 Minimizing performance bottlenecks for higher productivity by maximizing men, material & machine. 11 Good knowledge for Excel , PowerPoint ,Minitab, SAP(BOM /ROUTING /NEW MATERIAL code , Indents .etc). 12 Hands on experience in new enquiries Feasibility study & Costing Proposal. 13 Strong in CUSTOMER Technical discussion & communication. 14 Knowledge of TPM - DM pillar team. 15 Knowledge of IATF 16949. Preferred candidate profile * Possess strong hands-on experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and comprehensive process documentation. * Skilled in cost estimation, *feasibility time planning, and proficient in interpreting and applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). *Experienced in SAP for manufacturing operations and adept at Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and management.
