CICS & MQ System Programmer

Job Description: As a CICS & MQ System Programmer for z/OS, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and administration of CICS and MQ software on zSeries platforms. Your expertise in this area will be crucial to ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance of these systems. Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and administer MQ and CICS software on z/OS. - Manage maintenance releases, red alerts, and emergency patches. - Implement and support MQ shared queues, clusters, and CICS advanced features (CPSM, LOGR, Web Services, SSL). - Collaborate with application teams on design and performance tuning. - Conduct proof of concepts, vendor coordination, and maintain best practice documentation. - Support DR, automation, change management, and performance optimization. Qualifications Required: - Experience with CICS TS v5.x, MQ v7/v8, SMPE, Mainview/Omegamon, REXX/Scripting, USS, RACF/ACF2, IIB, Pub-Sub, CPSM, CAFC, Java, XML. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Additional Details: This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person. The work locations available are Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Noida, and Hyderabad. You will have the opportunity to work closely with application teams and contribute to the design and optimization of CICS and MQ systems.,
