Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows is a must. You should possess good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for this role. Optional experience with Node.js, databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and cloud platforms is a plus.
