You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in setting up, maintaining, and executing test automation frameworks across various application platforms, including Mobile, Desktop, and Web. As a Lead, you will play a key role in providing technical leadership, strategic direction to the team, and overseeing team/project management activities. You will also be required to conduct quality audits, maintain compliance with standards and procedures, and effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
