Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the DevOps strategy aligned with the companys goals. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Work closely with software development, IT operations, and other stakeholders to streamline processes. Ensure clear communication and collaboration between development and operations teams. Advocate for DevOps best practices across the organization. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of infrastructure and applications. Manage cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of coding and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).
