The ideal candidate will take ownership of BEOs technology and architecture, professionalize delivery processes using DORA metrics, ensure security and compliance measures are in place, and focus on scaling the tech organization. Key responsibilities include crafting technology roadmaps and defining the architecture with a focus on cloud strategy, services/microservices, and data strategy. The desired candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a CTO in a similar or larger company, with over 10 years of experience in tech leadership. They should have a proven track record of scaling teams/platforms with high availability rates (>99.9%) and faster time-to-market. Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD practices (e.g., GitHub Actions/GitLab CI), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform is required. Experience in security and compliance, including audit readiness, defining policies, and access management is necessary. Strong organizational building skills, change management expertise, and effective stakeholder communication in both German and English are essential. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with data/machine learning workloads, event-driven architectures, and familiarity with FinOps practices. As a Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable B2B Commerce solutions customized to meet client requirements. With 4 to 8 years of relevant Salesforce development experience, including a minimum of 2+ years in Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze), you will utilize your expertise in Salesforce development to enhance and optimize B2B Commerce functionality. Your key responsibilities will include customizing Salesforce B2B Commerce features using metadata and Apex, collaborating with business analysts and client stakeholders on solution design, and conducting unit testing, system testing, and supporting UAT. Troubleshooting technical issues across integrations, data flows, and UI behavior will also be a crucial part of your role. To excel in this position, you must have strong skills in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components / Visualforce, as well as experience with Custom metadata types, triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous processing. Your proficiency in B2B Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze) and web development within Salesforce, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, will be essential for implementing and configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce features. Additionally, you should be familiar with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware, and have experience with data migration tools like Salesforce Data Loader and dataloader.io. DevOps & Code Management skills, including Git, Pull Requests, CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and participation in code reviews and deployment best practices, will also be required.
