Uncontactable , On hold for long time , call you 10 mins before at the embassy to say the document is needed and need it by 15 mins and then delay the service …

No response, not contactable, not providing clear information on visa requirements. Even with their reply after waiting, answer is not relevant. Only thing fast is charge to credit card without service completed, and worst being double charged. Bad service, not worth paying.

The worst of the worst; dont understand why any companies will use their service. Granted that travel has resumed, still it is unthinkable that no one bothers to pick up the phone, and if you are lucky they do, they can't answer your visa questions

CIBT is the visa partner of Egencia, the corporate travel agency my company uses. Unfortunately they can't support my application through BLS, the official agency, but they briefed me on what needed to be done. So, that was good.

Very bad service with no follow up on return documents dispatch. I purposely pay extra for 2 days processing fee but now I’m gonna miss my flight. Their service not worth the money. If you don’t want to miss your flight, please avoid using CIBT.

Want to give zero star if possible. The worst, most unfriendly and the most expensive one in the whole Singapore. They charged double compared to Notary Public Singapore for notatization and legalization services with 3 times longer. Notary charges service fee per set of documents and CIBT charges per copy. Staff is terrible

Service is terrible. Because calls are recorded, they will not admit to any mistakes or oversight from their side. Charges are highly inflated, to say the least.
