Corporate visa agency taking forever to respond on phone calls or emails. Submitted requests were ignored for days till calling them twice to complain... high fees paid for poor services...Shared incorrect information about payment amount and terms...not recommend for any personal visa application.

Highly Un-Professional, Rude with least focus on Customer Experience. They won't reply to Emails, would not pick up calls, would not return calls, and that too after charging you for the Application. Worst experience ever....

Worst experience ever. very hard to get to their customer support via call/email, and the response was always very vague. Took months to process the refund and the CS couldn't give any timeline (doubt if they actually have a proper process in place or if they are just trying to drag until you give up and never ask about the refund again
