We are seeking a highly-skilled Automation Engineer (AVP level) with proficiency in Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment banking and a proven track record in QA for Front Office Trading Systems. Effective communication skills are essential, as well as expertise in tools such as Jira, ALM, Zephyr, Confluence, Jenkins, OpenShift, and Jenkins pipelines. Responsibilities include developing automation scripts and framework libraries for UI and API testing, participating in Delivery Feature Teams for impact analysis, defining test plans and cases, driving in-sprint automation, conducting root cause analysis of defects, and producing Test Reports for stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, mentoring team members, and contributing to process improvement initiatives are also key responsibilities. The successful candidate should possess a good track record in delivering QA for Front Office Trading Systems, experience in Investment Banking Markets Technology, strong hands-on experience in UI and API automation, proficiency in Java programming, expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Playwright, and experience with Git for version control. Familiarity with CI tools like Jenkins, Cucumber automation frameworks, ALM, Zephyr, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, OpenShift, Splunk, as well as strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required. The ability to work effectively in a global team environment and adapt to changing priorities is crucial. Desirable qualifications include experience in Single Dealer Platforms, FX, and Local Market experience.
