Your responsibilities will include delivering analytical insights by analyzing user behavior across various digital platforms, driving product and marketing strategy based on findings, advancing predictive analytics through machine learning models, creating executive-ready visualizations, managing projects, and mentoring junior analysts. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable institution. You should have at least 4 years of experience in product analytics and machine learning, preferably within DTC digital products such as apps, games, or websites. Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, experience with digital engagement datasets, churn modeling, and recommendation systems, as well as strong storytelling and communication skills are essential. Additionally, experience in Sports or Media industry and working knowledge of marketing front-end tools like AEP or CJ would be advantageous.
