Description ***This tagging is backfill for Manikanta*** Role TitleAutomation Tester Primary Skills :Automation Tester Secondary Skills :Functional/api testing Client Interview (Y/N)Y Role Description Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to provide input on testability, quality, and automation best practices. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive API test plans and test cases. Perform functional, non-functional, and data-driven testing using tools like Postman,SOAPUI, etc.,. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for SOAP and RESTful web services using industry-standard tools and frameworks Validate API changes and ensure adherence to quality standards. Implement and manage Continuous Integration (CI) processes using tools like Jenkins. Implement Postman collections and integration of automated tests into the CI pipeline. Participate in and lead TSD walkthroughs, team reviews, and client meetings. Document test results, track defects, and maintain detailed and accurate testing documentation. Provide regular reports on testing activities, defect status, and overall quality metrics. Detailed Skill Descriptions (With relevant years of experience) At least 5-8 years of experience of functional/api testing with atleast Proven experience in software testing and with a focus on SOAP and RESTful web services. Proven experience in software testing and test automation, with a focus on SOAP and RESTful web services. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Postman, SOAPUI, etc. Knowledge of SQL queries and working with relational databases. Checking logs, etc., Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Named Job Posting?
