Senior Executive -Sales & Business Development
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive with 3-4 years of experience in business development. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our market presence for Silicones & Other specialty chemistries, catering to industries such as Electronics, E-Mobility, Automotive, Aerospace, Mold Making, Leather, and Textile. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities, forging strong industry relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business growth initiatives for Silicones & Specialty Chemicals. Identify and engage with potential clients across Electronics, Automotive, Aerospace, E-Mobility, Leather, Textile, and Mold Making industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product positioning and customer engagement. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations to prospective clients. Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring sustainable business expansion. Qualifications & Experience: 3-4 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or key account management within the specialty chemicals sector. Strong understanding of Silicones, advanced materials, and chemical applications across diverse industries. Proven track record in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Technical background or experience in chemicals, coatings, or polymer-based solutions is an advantage. Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemistry or related field. Knowledge of industry regulations, product applications, and technical specifications in Silicones & specialty chemicals. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce& Sugar Having good skills in MS Excel & Powerpoint Ability to travel and engage with clients across various locations.
