Liaise and attend meetings and trials with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development and function as a technical representative of the company. Experienced in Formulation - NOT MANDATORY Preferred candidate profile He should have worked in the Technical related to concrete / admixture; conducting trails / testing and chemical analysis of various ingredients independently. Having decent know - how on concrete related chemistry. Having knowledge of handling ISO & related system will be added advantage. Having decent knowledge on generating and analyzing of various technical trails report. Good hand-on on computer like Excel / Word & Power Point. Must have worked in Admixture / Construction Chemical Company or RMC plants in the region. MUST KNOW- Concrete Design Mix and must be able to conduct Trials at sites . Role & responsibilities 1. Identify & establish connect with the potential customers in the region. Top Key Accounts, Large & mid-size Developers, Infrastructure Organizations, Government Bodies & Civil contractors to generate enquiries and convert the enquiries to sales. 2. Maintain & increase the relation with the Top Key Accounts, Large & mid-size Developers, Government Bodies & Civil contractors to increase repeat business. 3. Identify & establish connect with the Right Channel Partners (Project Applicators & Project distributors) in the region to generate enquiries and convert the enquiries to sales. 4. Maintain & increase the relation with the Channel Partners (Project Applicators & Project distributors) to increase repeat business. 5. Involve the Right Channel Partners (Project Applicators & Project distributors) with the identified Top Key Accounts, Large & mid-size Developers, Government Bodies & Civil contractors to serve the business. 6. Achieve given sales target / value segment wise for the region maintaining the profitability to achieve Organizational goals. 7. To promote value-added products of the SBM range to increase profitability of the Organization to achieve Organizational goals. 8. Coordinate with the internal finance team to control the credit of the Channel Partners (Project Applicators & Project distributors) to increase profitability of the organization. 9. Coordinate with the SCM & dispatch team to serve the Channel Partners (Project Applicators & Project distributors) for timely supply of the materials. 10. Collect outstanding of the Channel Partners (Project Applicators & Project distributors) within the credit period to maintain the profitability of the Organization. 11. Frequent travel in the given region to increase footprint and potential of the business in the entire region. 12. Identify the gap areas in the region and appoint channel partners (Applicators / project distributors) to increase footprint and potential of the business in the gap areas. 13. Conduct / coordinate to conduct technical presentations / Seminars / Deminars with the identified potential customers in the region. Preferred candidate profile HDPE or SBS or TPO / EPDM membranes sales exposure required Understanding about PU coatings, Polyurea , cementitious acrylic coatings is must. Dealer / applicator management experience Self-starter , Quick learner , Extrovert person who can connect with people & able to sell.
