Role & responsibilities Leading and motivating a diverse production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ink behaviours and different types of UV inks, UV coating, colour management, densitometry and spectrophotometer. Monitoring the job once started for registration, proper ink flow, shade, viscosity, GSM, Ink adhesion etc. Screen Printing , Sheet fed , Chromex , Flexography , Dome Knowledge and Execution & Non routine problem management Prepare check list before onset of any assignment and ensure zero error production Prepare short term and long term Production Planning . Preferred candidate profile The Candidate should be BE ( Printing Technology ) and have 10-15 years experience . The Candidate should have the ability to create Production discipline and structured printing organisation for development
