As a seasoned front-end developer with over 10 years of professional experience in product development, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable front-end applications using React and Redux. Your expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design will be crucial in converting design mockups from Figma into high-quality, responsive HTML/CSS implementations. Collaborating with back-end developers and product teams, you will integrate APIs to deliver seamless user experiences and optimize React components for performance across various devices and browsers. Your role will also involve writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to modern development standards while proactively troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing applications to identify UI bottlenecks. In this position, you will follow best practices for version control, code review, testing, and deployment workflows to ensure the efficiency and quality of the front-end development process. Your technical leadership in UI will be instrumental in delivering pixel-perfect UIs with precision to design fidelity using tools like Figma for design translation and Chrome Extensions for browser APIs. While working in environments like VS Code, WebStorm, and Git workflows, you are expected to have a strong proficiency in Redux for state management, experience with Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and CSS-in-JS frameworks, and familiarity with Storybook for building design systems/components for reuse. Your knowledge of performance profiling, lazy loading, code-splitting techniques in React, and understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility will be valuable assets in this role. If you have a track record of contributing to open-source projects, writing technical blogs, or speaking at developer meetups, it will be considered a plus.
