Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and executing all sales and marketing activities related to chromatography systems and consumable products. This will involve building strong relationships with customers, promoting products, delivering PPT presentations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, hiring new sales staff, providing training, and introducing new product ranges as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute sales and marketing activities for chromatography systems and consumable products - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Promote products effectively - Deliver PPT presentations - Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction - Recruit and train new sales staff - Introduce new product ranges as required Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the field of chromatography systems and consumables - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation skills - Ability to build and maintain customer relationships - Experience in hiring and training sales staff - Ability to adapt to new product ranges and market trends Please note that the job is full-time and the work location is in person at Chandigarh with the possibility of travel to Himachal, Punjab, parts of Haryana, Uttarakhand, UP, and other parts of India as required.,
