The Biologics - II department at Zydus Biologics, located in Biotech Park, Changodar, Ahmedabad, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join as an Executive / Senior Executive. As a key member of the Production team, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of USP Production and DSP Production. For USP Production, the ideal candidate should have experience in managing large-scale mammalian cell culture in SS bioreactor, media/feed preparation, and filtration processes. The role entails ensuring the readiness of bioreactor and associated vessels (CIP, FIT, PHT, SIP), operating bioreactor & associated vessels, preparing and operating centrifuge, and clarifying cells for the manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies/ bio therapeutic protein. In DSP Production, candidates should possess expertise in downstream purification processes for recombinant products, TFF system, chromatography system, virus filtration procedures, and CIP/SIP of the equipment. Successful candidates for these positions must have a minimum qualification of M.Sc / B.Tech / BE in Biotechnology with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience. Exposure to regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP/GLP is essential. Preference will be given to individuals with a comprehensive understanding of all manufacturing operations related to Biosimilar products. USP Shift In-charge / Section Head: - Minimum 4 to 18 years of experience in working in the fermentation department, specifically in mammalian culture. - Proficiency in handling SS bioreactor/fermenter with a capacity of 500 L or more. - Responsible for supervising all upstream process operations in 3 shifts across stream I and stream II. 2. DSP Shift In-charge / Section Head: - Minimum 4 to 18 years of experience in the purification department, focusing on mammalian culture products. - Expertise in managing the chromatography system (minimum capacity: 600-L/h), Column (minimum diameter: 600 mm), and Automated TFF system. - Tasked with overseeing all downstream process operations in stream I and stream II. Qualification: - Candidates should hold a degree in M.Sc./B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech in Biotechnology.
