Our company is seeking a highly motivated inside sales executive to join our dynamic sales team. The inside sales executive works closely with other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate increases sales through proactive prospecting, lead qualification and sales activities. Responsibilities: C onduct proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers and qualify leads Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits and pricing Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring that customer information and sales data is accurate and up-to-date Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation, sales activities and closed deals Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales team, sharing best practices and contributing to team success Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings, adjusting sales strategies as required U se CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information A ttend sales training and other professional development activities as required Qualifications: B achelor's degree in business, marketing or pharma field S trong verbal and written communication skills E xcellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns A bility to work effectively as part of a sales team, contributing to team success K nowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification and closing deals A ttention to detail and ability to manage time effectively Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location: In person
