The Sr /Lead Testing Engineer (Power Electronics Products) position based in Bangalore, India, aims to ensure the highest product design quality by executing comprehensive product validation and testing for advanced server and AI datacenter power supplies. Your responsibilities will include developing test plans, test cases, test specifications, and frameworks to meet customer specifications. You will also be involved in designing test scripts, test software, and test interface hardware to automate testing processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with design teams to conduct tests at different design stages. Your tasks will involve reviewing customer specifications, developing test specifications, designing test scripts, and developing test software on a standard platform. You will be responsible for performing functional tests on power electronics products like server power supplies and data center power supplies. Furthermore, you will prepare test reports and review them with customers, as well as develop automation test programs in Chroma ATE. To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of power electronics/power conversion products and circuits, along with their specifications. Proficiency in communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and Ethernet is essential. Hands-on experience with test and measuring equipment like oscilloscopes, Chroma sources and loads, and power analyzers is required. Knowledge of Chroma ATE test programs and automating testing and measuring equipment will be beneficial. The ideal candidate should hold a Master's or graduate engineering degree in Electrical or Power Electronics and have 7-10 years of relevant experience in the field.
