Key Responsibilities: Own and drive end-to-end C-level recruitment , including roles such as CEO, CTO, CFO, CMO, CHRO, and other executive positions Conduct deep talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking for leadership roles Collaborate with business heads and stakeholders to define role requirements and candidate specifications Build and nurture strong relationships with senior professionals across industries Lead executive search engagements with discretion and professionalism Manage an average of 10-12 successful executive hires per year Ensure timely delivery, quality candidate experience, and alignment with organizational goals Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity Preferred candidate profile Experience in a search firm or an in-house leadership hiring team .
