Job Title: HVAC Design Engineer (Cleanroom Systems) Key Responsibilities: - Design and optimize cleanroom HVAC systems, including airlocks, HEPA/ULPA filtration, and pressure balancing - Perform heat load calculations to determine system capacity and efficiency - Select and size HVAC equipment, such as AHUs, chillers, and pumps - Design ductwork and piping systems for optimal performance and contamination control - Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP, ASHRAE) and local building codes - Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and project stakeholders Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field - 5-9 years of experience in HVAC system design, including load calculations and equipment selection - Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for creating detailed drawings and layouts
