We are looking for an energetic and hard-working Data Entry Operator with exceptional typing speed and a strong command of Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate must be intelligent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers. Experience in ERP systems is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and ERP software. Handle large volumes of data entry with high accuracy and speed. Work extensively with Microsoft Excel for sorting, filtering, formatting, and data analysis. Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity. Assist in preparing reports and summaries as required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow. Manage sensitive information with confidentiality. Key Requirements: High typing speed with strong accuracy (min. [e.g., 50+ WPM]). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.). Previous experience in ERP systems preferred. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail. Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Computer Applications, or related fields. 1–3 years of relevant experience in data entry or back-office roles.
