Chola MS Insurance Company provided subpar service. Their claims process was slow and frustrating. Communication was lacking, and they failed to address my concerns promptly. I would not recommend their services due to their disappointing customer experience. I suggest don't Go with Chola Insurance. They are so frustrating.
