Worst service network ever and lazy employees. For small issues or name transfer you've got to visit their branch again and again as nothing is made online. A company which still works from 1960s. Guess they have no idea that this is 21st century. Don't waste your money on their silly offers. I've had enough with my name transfer.

We had taken the policy from chola ms in November 2020 but they don't respond at the time of need . They don't even reply to the mail . They had cancelled our policy without any reason . Earlier I had a policy of other company which was good but due to some other reasons we had to change . They are the worst.

They rejected a cataract operation for my parent saying the insurer had hypertension as a pre-existing condition. Paid 100000 as premium in the past six years and this is their response

Worst service you can expect from any insurance company. After receiving the payment none of the agents are picking up calls. no work ethics. Worst experience ever.
