I don't want to go with this company for car insurance again in life. I felt poor customer satisfaction & rude to deal with. I felt got denied my claims just by saying damage is not matching description or this could be old damage etc some excuses, despite high insurance premium.

Worst service they are working 100 years behind, when asked for renewing Zero Dep for car insurance, the response from their executive (Khushboo) was - " Company does not provide ZD renewal online,visit our nearest branch" and in whole pune they have only 1 branch.
