About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute plans to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs 2. Deliver exceptional client experience by understanding their needs & preferences 3. Forge long term relationship with clients through personalized service & follow-up 4. Ensure the studio is impeccably organized and visually appealing at all times 5. Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment and co-ordinate transfers 6. Collaborate with teams for in-store promotions & other client engagement events 7.
