Job Title: Café Staff / Café Assistant Location: Achievers Mall, Kalindi HIll, Nawada Village, Sector 49, Faridabad, Haryana, India Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 12000-16000 Job Summary:We are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our café team. As a Café Staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages. Assist in food preparation, including sandwiches, pastries, and light meals. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card transactions. Keep the café clean, tidy, and stocked throughout the day. Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain hygiene standards. Follow all food safety and health regulations. Restock supplies and assist with inventory checks as needed. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: Previous café, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (training can be provided). Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Desirable Attributes: Barista training or experience. Passion for coffee and food. Attention to detail and pride in delivering great service.
