Chiqemoment is an independent media and brand studio working with fashion, lifestyle, and culture brands. We focus on strategy, campaigns, and production-led storytelling, building narratives that are clear, intentional, and culturally relevant. We’re not about mass output, but about meaningful work done with precision and care. Right now, we’re putting together a freelance creative team to take on exciting projects and grow with us. Who we’re looking for We want collaborators who bring ideas, ownership, and execution across: Brand & Strategy - research, insights, positioning, hypothesis building Marketing - performance campaigns, engagement, community, growth Design - visual identity, layouts, digital graphics, trends Content Editing - sharpening narratives, editing visuals/videos, keeping it on-brand What we expect Most Imp*** Fun to work with (we take the work seriously, Life too) A sharp creative eye + strategic thinking Proactive and reliable, you take responsibility, not just tasks Comfort with tools like Figma, Canva, Notion, Asana, Trello, marketing dashboards, and relevant AI tools (to assist, not replace creativity) Basic overlap across skills (design/editing, brand/marketing) with a hunger to adapt Curiosity for trends, culture, and new ideas What you get with Chiqe Moment Exposure to diverse industries and premium brands Creative mentorship where needed Freedom to experiment and grow your craft In-person meets when required, otherwise remote flexibility Compensation that varies per project, based on skills, scope, and impact Location Preference Mumbai-based preferred (for easier collab + in-person meets when needed).
