As an experienced candidate with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in Teradyne FLEX/ Teradyne J750, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Developing ATE Test Programs and conducting digital characterization tests - Designing and debugging ATE test interface HW (loadboard) - Releasing cost-effective production test solutions into mass production - Conducting test time reduction activities for Digital and Mixed Signal tests - Providing ATE test solutions for design verification of highly integrated System on chips, High-end digital, RF receivers/transmitters/transceivers, power management (PMIC), analog and mixed signal ASICs Your qualifications for this role should include: - BE (ECE) degree In addition, your skills and knowledge should encompass: - Strong software skills in writing and debugging test code, with competency in Perl and C/C++ - Experience in working on Digital and Mixed Signal test programs for final test and wafer probe - Preferably hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), particularly Teradyne FLEX/ Teradyne J750 - Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, quality and reliability testing - Good ASIC device level characterization skills, with system level knowledge being a plus - Ability to work with common test equipment such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer, etc. - Independent work capability with good initiative to overcome technical challenges - Strong verbal and written communication skills with suppliers and customers Candidates with Teradyne FLEX/ Teradyne J750 experience are preferred, and depending on the years of relevant experience, you may be considered for a Senior level position.,
