Chinmay Enterprises – Hiring Merchandiser (Sweaters & Flat Knits) 📍 Location: Ludhiana We are looking for a motivated Merchandiser to join our Sweater & Flat Knitted Team in Ludhiana. If you have 3–5 years of experience , a solid understanding of sweater and flat knit products, and the ability to manage the entire process from sampling to delivery — this could be the right opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts from development, costing, and order confirmation through to production and delivery. Coordinate with factories, buyers, QA teams, and internal stakeholders. Source yarns and trims, monitor timelines, and ensure on-time deliveries. Conduct supplier visits and production follow-ups. Handle documentation, communication, and issue resolution throughout the order lifecycle. Ideal Candidate Strong knowledge of sweaters and flat knitted products. Good understanding of yarns, fabrics, testing protocols, and garment construction. Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Able to manage multiple priorities independently while working effectively in a team. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. 3–5 years of merchandising experience (sweater/flat knit preferred). Proficiency in PLM systems, ERP tools, and MS Excel. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
