Job Description

Job Responsibilities / कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • Prepare and cook all Chinese cuisine dishes (e.g., fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, soups, starters, gravies, etc.).
  • Maintain proper taste, consistency, and presentation in every dish.
  • Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen area.
  • Follow FIFO and portion control methods strictly.
  • Maintain inventory of Chinese sauces, vegetables, and ingredients.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations during rush hours.
  • Handle gas stove, wok, fryer, and kitchen equipment carefully.
  • Support in menu innovation and daily specials when required.

Skills Required / आवश्यक कौशल:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
  • Knowledge of sauces, gravies, and wok cooking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain speed with quality.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and kitchen safety rules.
  • Teamwork, discipline, and punctuality.

Salary / वेतन:

As per experience and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
