Job Title: Chinese Cook Location: Newtown, near Axis Mall We are looking for a skilled Chinese Cook who can independently manage the entire Chinese cuisine operations at newly upcoming restaurant. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing Indo-Chinese dishes (at least 25–35 items) with consistency and quality. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indo-Chinese dishes. Manage kitchen operations for the Chinese section independently. Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the kitchen. Ensure timely preparation and service during operational hours. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chinese/Indo-Chinese cook. Ability to handle kitchen operations independently. Strong cooking skills with expertise in 25–35 Indo-Chinese items. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts. Staying at the job location is mandatory.
