Chinese CDP (Chef de Partie)

We are hiring an experienced Chinese CDP to lead our Chinese cuisine section at a reputed 4-star property in Thrissur.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes (wok, noodles, fried rice, sauces, dim sum).
• Supervise Commis chefs and guide them in daily operations.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards.
• Coordinate with Sous Chef/Head Chef for menu planning.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as CDP or similar role in Chinese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of wok cooking and Chinese ingredients.
• Leadership skills with ability to manage a section independently.
